This 36" standard duty electric griddle has a heavy-duty cooking surface, featuring a superior element design that delivers even and consistent heat. The griddle plate is fully welded to the base. Knob guards protect the 3 snap-action thermostat controls, one for each 12" heating zone on the electric griddle and an internally mounted grease pan makes it easier to clean and maintain.
