Each Vollrath 40815 in-chamber vacuum pack bag has a maximum cooking temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C), 3.0 mm total thickness, a 3.99 OTR (Oxygen Transfer Rate) and a 0.54 MVTR (Moisture Vapor Transfer Rate). They ship at 100 vacuum pack bags per case and are made in the USA.
