This 12" Jacob's Pride French whisk has a one-piece, 4 1/2", ergonomic, nylon-covered handle that is completely sealed to ensure sanitary conditions. This whisk is color coded aqua for easy identification of French style. The thick stainless steel wires effortlessly mix heavy batters and sauces and there is a center reinforcement wire to prevent bending. Heat resistant up to 475° F.
