The 4980820 is the Kool-Touch 8 oz JP Jacob's Pride collection one-piece heavy-duty stainless steel serving ladle from Vollrath with a 12 5/8" long Black insulated heat-resistant hook handle.

The plastic-coated Kool-Touch handle is heat resistant up to 180 degrees F and the ladle is fully functional up to 350 degrees F.

All of the one-piece heavy-duty ladles from Vollrath are dishwasher safe.

The bowl of this ladle is 4" diameter, 18-gauge stainless steel with a mirror finish. The hooked end helps prevent them from sliding into pots and makes them easy to store.

The handle on this ladle features an all-natural antimicrobial material to help prevent bacteria and other microorganisms from growing on the surface.

The capacity is clearly stamped on these heavy-duty ladles in both ounces and milliliters for easy size identification. This ladle is NSF listed.

The one-piece construction of these ladles makes them easy to clean and the shafts and bowls are made with durable heavy-gauge stainless steel.
