The 4981520 is the Kool-Touch 1 1/2 oz JP Jacob's Pride collection one-piece heavy-duty stainless steel serving ladle from Vollrath with a 9 7/8" long Black insulated heat-resistant hook handle.

The plastic-coated Kool-Touch handle is heat resistant up to 180 degrees F and the ladle is fully functional up to 350 degrees F.

The handle on this ladle features an all-natural antimicrobial material to help prevent bacteria and other microorganisms from growing on the surface.

The bowl of this ladle is 2 3/8" diameter, 18-gauge stainless steel with a mirror finish. The hooked end helps prevent them from sliding into pots and makes them easy to store.

These stainless steel ladles are NSF listed and the capacity is clearly stamped in both ounces and milliliters for easy size identification.

The shafts and bowls of these ladles are made with durable heavy-gauge stainless steel and the one-piece construction makes them easy to clean.

All of the one-piece heavy-duty ladles from Vollrath are dishwasher safe.
