There are a variety of interchangeable blade sets, corers, or wedges available separately that make it possible to switch from dicing onions to coring apples in minutes and makes the InstaCut 5.1 slicer an exceptionally versatile food preparation tool.

The InstaCut 5.1 slicer is 10 1/4" wide and it has a cast aluminum sled-leg base that makes it lightweight and strong.

This slicer cuts fruits and vegetables 3-times faster than cutting by hand. The serrated blades on this fruit and vegetable slicer need up to 50 percent less force to operate than straight blades.

The base of this slicer will fit over 1/6-size pans up to 6" deep or 1/3-size pans up to 4" deep.

The corrosion-resistant blades on this slicer pop in and out for easy changing and cleaning. The unit stands on rubber feet that keep it firmly in place.
