This wedger cuts fruits and vegetables 3-times faster than cutting by hand. The serrated blades on this fruit and vegetable wedger need up to 50 percent less force to operate than straight blades.

The base of this wedger will fit over 1/6-size pans up to 6" deep or 1/3-size pans up to 4" deep.

The corrosion-resistant blades on this wedger pop in and out for easy changing and cleaning. The unit stands on rubber feet that keep it firmly in place.

The 55467 is the 12-Section wedge cut manual countertop Redco InstaCut 5.1 fruit and vegetable wedger from Vollrath that features serrated stainless steel blades that consistently produce clean and quick cuts without bruising fruits and vegetables for a better food presentation.

This countertop wedger is NSF listed.

There are a variety of interchangeable blade sets, corers, or wedges available separately that make it possible to switch from dicing onions to coring apples in minutes and makes the InstaCut 5.1 wedger an exceptionally versatile food preparation tool.

The InstaCut 5.1 wedger is 10 1/4" wide and it has a cast aluminum sled-leg base that makes it lightweight and strong.
