The Vollrath 59501 is a Mirage Commercial Drop-In Induction Range. This compact drop-in range is equipped with an easy to clean 14 inch cooking surface and variable speed knob controls for easy operation and upkeep. The 59501 is also easy to install with its 6-foot power cord that plugs into any standard 120 volt outlet.

Despite its relatively compact size, the 59501 is both powerful and efficient. The 59501 is capable of outputting a maximum of 1.4 kW of cooking power, which makes it perfect for use in small commercial kitchens and breakfast bars. The 59501 operates at 90% energy efficiency, making it more than twice as energy efficient as conventional gas ranges.
