Vollrath 68392 Wear-Ever 14 Quart Aluminum Roast Pan Cover has loop handles for durability. Comes with heavy-gauge 3004 aluminum beadless rims for extra strength. The pan cover measures 2-3/8" high (or deep if used as a pan).

This Roast Pan Cover can be used as a Roast Pan by itself, as a Roast Pan Cover for Vollrath roast pans, or as the inner pan of a double roaster set-up. All covers and pans fit snugly to seal in steam and heat. This model is also NSF listed and made in America.
