The wide lip has room to capture moisture and drain it back into the well, and because you can put more water into this drop-in, you dont have to worry about constantly having to check it. With a range of 10 possible temperatures, from 80°F to 200°F, the capillary tube thermostat control provides consistent and constant heat for the even and thorough warming of foods.
