The Vollrath BCO-3000 is a Redco Can Opener with EaziClean Blades. The zammac alloy construction helps to make this can opener strong, durable, and therefore able to last for several years of service. Designed for medium duty, the 3000 has the potential to open approximately 20 22-inch tall #10 cans per day, and the high-grade steel cutting mechanism provides a clean cut. Because this is ergonomic, it only requires a few turns to take the tops of cans, and the case-hardened blade itself, is incredibly easy to remove for cleaning. Encased in an anti-microbial coating, this blade resists hanging onto germs and the entire cutting system is dishwasher-safe.
