Description

The FC-4C-02120-R is the standard model 2-pan top-mount drop-in refrigerated cold food well that is ideal for keeping prechilled food at perfectly cold serving temperatures.

This cold food well has the capacity to hold up to 2 full size 12" x 20" pans up to 6" deep. This cold pan has a 300 series stainless steel top and interior, and a 20-gauge galvanized exterior.

There is a self-contained refrigeration system in this cold food well that operates with R-513A refrigerant that is non-flammable and has low global warming potential (GWP).

The inner well assembly on this cold food well is fully insulated with high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane foam insulation that helps maintain cold temperatures. There is a 1" integral center drain on this cold pan.

This drop-in cold pan is proudly made in the USA, and it is UL listed in the United States and Canada and NSF listed for safety.

This cold food well is an electric unit that runs at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 3.5 Amps for the 1/5 HP compressor and it comes with a 6 ft power cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug.
