Vollrath's 40 inch Conveyor Sandwich Ovens have individual top and bottom heat control and adjustable conveyor speed for toasting sandwiches and bread, and melting cheese. These ovens are ideal for low volume sandwich shops and small restaurants. The Vollrath SO2-20810.5 is 208 volts and 2800 watts. This unit has a 10 1/2" wide conveyor belt which is great for sandwiches and small items.
