Description

The Vulcan EV12-1HT240 is an electric restaurant range with a single thermostatically controlled cast iron hot top. This electric restaurant range has a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame for added durability, along with stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and 6" adjustable legs. The single 5kW heating area of this range is made of durable cast iron, and the smooth surface makes it easy to clean. The EV12-1HT240 operates on a 240 volt, 60 hertz, 1 phase electrical connection, and must be hardwired.
