Description

The Vulcan EV12-2FP480 is an electric restaurant range with two french plates. This electric restaurant range has a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame for added durability, along with stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and 6" adjustable legs. The two 9-1/2" round, 2 KW French plates are each controlled by a 4 position heat switch. This restaurant range operates on a 480 volt, 60 hertz, 3 phase electrical connection, and must be hardwired.
