The oven has a 5 kW output with an adjustable temperature range of 200° - 500° F and cool touch control knobs that allow you to operate the unit more safely and precisely. Inside, this oven has top browning control and a single oven rack with three position options. The range top of this unit features three 12" x 24" hot top sections, each with its own individual thermostatic controls.
