The Vulcan EV48S-4HT208 is an electric restaurant range with four hot tops. This electric restaurant range has a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame for added durability, along with stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and 6" adjustable legs. The four hot top plates are thermostatically controlled, and measure 12" wide by 24" deep. This restaurant range operates on a 208 volt, 60 hertz, 3 phase electrical connection, and must be hardwired.
