The Vulcan EV60SS-5HT480 is an electric restaurant range with five hot tops. This electric restaurant range has a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame for added durability, along with stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and 6" adjustable legs. The five hot tops are thermostatically controlled, and each measure 12" wide by 24" deep. Additionally, This electric restaurant range features a dual oven base, with one standard sized oven, and one oversized oven. This restaurant range operates on a 480 volt, 60 hertz, 3 phase (Field convertible to 1 phase) electrical connection, and must be hardwired.
