This MSA48 commercial gas griddle operates on Natural Gas at 27,000 BTU for each U-shaped aluminized steel burner for a total 108,000 BTU and it has a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and it comes included with a pressure regulator. All plumbing, gas, or electrical connections should always be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper plumbing, sanitary, and safety codes and guidelines.

There are 4" high stainless steel back and tapered side splashes on this griddle and it features heavy-duty chromed thermostat knob guards, and a 6-quart stainless steel grease drawer. This commercial gas griddle is CSA Blue Flame certified, CSA Design certified, and it is NSF listed for safety.

The MSA48 is the MSA series 4-burner countertop heavy-duty gas griddle from Vulcan with a 1" thick polished stainless steel flat top plate with a 48" wide x 24" deep cooking area and an embedded mechanical snap-action thermostat for every 12" cooking zone. This countertop commercial gas griddle stands firmly on a set of 4" adjustable legs.

This griddle is low-profile with a working height of 11 1/8" and it has a millivolt pilot safety and a manual ignition system. The durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction of this griddle will stand up to the daily usage of a commercial kitchen environment.
