Vulcan VC44GD Double Deck Full Size Natural Gas Convection Oven with Solid State Controls

The Vulcan VC44GD Double Deck Full Size Natural Gas Convection Oven with Solid State Controls is an 40-1/4" wide oven with a porcelain on steel interior, solid state temperature dial controls and a 60 minute timer on each oven. There are 10 nickel plated grab-and-go oven racks (5 per oven) and independently operated removable doors with double pane windows.

The stainless steel convection ovens use electronic spark igniters and each has a 1/2 HP two speed oven blower-motor that maintains temperatures between 150 - 500 degrees Fahrenheit. There are 2 interior lights on each convection oven and the unit stands firmly on 8" high legs. There is also a non-sag insulation applied to the top, rear and sides of these convection ovens.

The unit operates at 100,000 BTU total (50,000 BTU per oven) and is fueled by liquid propane. There is a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection for each deck. The electric components run on 120 Volts, 60Hz, 1-phase and 8 Amps per oven and each has a 6 ft cord and plug. This product is ENERGY STAR qualified, NSF listed, CSA Design Star certified, and CSA Flame certified.
