Vulcan VTEC36_NAT IRX Natural Gas Countertop Infrared Charbroiler - 66,000 BTU

Built to last, this charbroiler comes with a stainless steel front, sides, and front crumb tray. In addition to this, the cooking grid is made of stainless steel, and utilizes steel infrared emitter panels to optimally cook your foods. The cooking grid features three 22,000 BTU infrared burner systems, each with a direct ingnition piezo spark igniter and a high range heat control valve. For getting char marks on meats and vegetables, making foods look as good as they taste, use the VTEC36.
