Versatile and compact, the W-200-IS automatic grease trap can either be floor mounted or used in a partially recessed installation. While attempting to remove grease from water can be messy, this grease recovery device has an automatic self-cleaning cycle that runs without need of an operator’s assistance. To turn it on, the digital control pad can be easily accessed and understood. Able to handle 20 gallons of water per minute during maximum flow, the appliance has the capacity to hold 40 pounds of grease. The chemically hydrophobic wheel assembly skims the surface of water, once warmed by the enclosed immersion heater, to separate grease and oils, making sure that the water is free of these clogging agents. In addition, a stainless steel basket captures more solid items. Since both the motor location and the grease/oil sump outlet are reversible, you don’t have to worry about the appliance not being able to suit your sink’s plumbing design. The basket can be effortlessly lifted out so you can remove any and all solids. The collection container can be taken off so that seized grease and oils can be dumped in your specified area.
