The WSBPPW is the Big Stix heavy-duty immersion whisk from Waring with 10" stainless steel whipping paddles and a power pack included. This immersion whisk uses a variable-speed motor that can mash up to 50 lb of cooked potatoes in less than a minute.
There is a rubberized comfort grip on this immersion whisk and it has a second handle that provides even more control. The sealed stainless steel shaft on this immersion whisk is removable and dishwasher safe.
The WSBPPW immersion whisk is an electrical unit that runs on 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 6.25 Amps for the heavy-duty 1 HP high-performance motor and it comes with a 12 ft power cord with a 3-prong NEMA 5-15P plug. The whisk is NSF listed and ETL listed in the United States and Canada for safety.
This Big Stix heavy-duty immersion whisk comes included with 10" stainless steel whipping paddles and it can accept any of the other 12 to 21 inch long Big Stix stainless steel shafts (WSB50ST, WSB55ST, WSB60ST, WSB65ST, WSB70ST) that are each available separately, and it can be used with the WSBBC accessory bowl clamp for hands-free operation. The universal power pack that comes with this unit also fits all of the Big Stix shafts and whisk attachments.
