Wells ICP-100 18" Stainless Steel Fully Insulated Drop-In Non-Refrigerated Ice Cooled Cold Food Well For One 12" x 20" Pan

The ICP-100 is a Non-Refrigerated Drop-In Ice Pan from Wells that can hold a 12" x 20" food pan or equivalent fractional pans. This pan is designed to hold pre-cooled products. The exterior of this product is constructed of heavy duty, corrosion resistant stainless steel. The top and liner in particular are made of 18 gauge stainless steel.

The interior features CFC free, foamed-in-place insulation. There is a 1” drain which allows for easy cleaning. The drain is kept separate from ice by a perforated bottom strainer plate.
