Wells MOD100TD 1 Pan Drop-In Hot Food Well with Drain - Thermostatic Control, 208-240V

The MOD100TD is a Built-In Top-Mount Insulated Electric Food Warmer from Wells that has a well/opening for a 12" x 20" food pan or equivalent fractional pans. This drop-in warmer is constructed of stainless steel with aluminized steel housing. The product is fully insulated, which will save significant energy. The Wellslock will allow for easy installation. Each well is controlled individually.

The MOD100TD is designed for wet and dry operation, but wet is recommended for best results. This model utilizes thermostatic controls. Tubular heating elements are located beneath the warming pads. A power cord is not included with this product.
