Description

The WVU-31CT is a countertop universal ventless hood from Wells that is designed for a countertop, equipment stand or refrigerated chef base. There is an an interlock system on this hood that will stop cooking appliances if filters are missing or clogged or in case there is a fire.

The WVU-31CT has airflow sensors that continually monitor airflow and it comes pre-plumbed for an external mounted fire suppression system. The countertop universal ventless hood operates quietly at a 60 dBA average.

There is a self-contained 4-stage filtration system on this product that includes a stainless steel grease baffle filter with grease cup, fiberglass pre-filters and a HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filter/carbon-charcoal filter pack. It runs on 208 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 3.5 Amps for 1/4 HP.
