Winco TMT-P2 5" Pocket Test Thermometer

The Winco TMT-P2 is a pocket test thermometer with a 5" long probe. Made with a long probe, it can pierce easily into poultry, ham, veal and any other meat. In addition, it can measure temperatures ranging from -40° F - 180° F, so it is great for all types of cooking tasks. This pocket test thermometer comes complete with a protection sheath to keep it clean and sanitary while its clip can be used to attach to a shirt or apron pocket. This model is also NSF listed and can be recalibrated for increased accuracy.
